Tried to cancel booking

I tried to cancel booking due to ill health with VRBO and VRBO would not respond or chat with me on ONLINE chat when I tried to cancel, I will not recommend VRBO as a booking site to anyone. With me receiving this again today, proves how poor VRBO are as a service provider. Only the property owner liaised with me, and Fiona was understanding.
