A dual aspect riverside two bedroom apartment with a 30m2 terrace and clear views out on to the River.

A spacious two bedroom, two bathroom apartment located on the 3rd floor of a modern development, which spans to approx. 80m2. Featuring a high specification kitchen with central island, a range of integral appliances and plenty of fitted storage. There is an open plan living space and each room leads directly out onto a generous private terrace (30m2). The apartment offers great natural lighting throughout, which is enhanced by the dual aspect and large floor to ceiling windows.

The flat is located within close proximity of the o2 Arena, providing a wide selection of bars and restaurants. Transport-wise, North Greenwich Station offers great links into Canary Wharf and the City via both tube (Jubilee Line) and river bus (Thames Clipper).

The bedding, towels and basic toiletries will be provided.

The guests have sole use of the entire apartment.

Great base exploring London

Perfect location for a family with childreen in teenage years. The appartment is modern, clean and fully equipped. We enjoyed the vicinity to the Thames, especially to the Themes clipper stop nearby. The boats are a great option for your way to the city and back.

Amazing Place!!!!

This flat was amazing and perfect to accommodate all of us who went! The host was extremely quick to get back to us about any issues and we enjoyed the area a lot. We will definitely return to the property. We also greatly appreciated all the information that was given to us by the host about the area as they were super knowledgeable. For any people not from the area guides were posted to easily use all features in the flat. Can not recommend this place enough!

Beautiful apartment in North Greenwich

We really enjoyed the stay + very good location (5 minutes walk to the next bus station, 15 minutes walk to the metro and to the O2 with many restaurants, cinema, shopping etc.) + the flat is very nicely furnished hast a great view and everything you need +very kind and supportive host Parking is not included but we received very good recommendations from the host in advance with tips on parking in the area) Thank you for the wonderful time in your Apartment!

Very comfortable

My husband and I, along with our 15 year old grand-daughter, enjoyed staying in this flat very much. It was clean and comfortable, and the owner is very respon-sive. The apartment is in a neighborhood of new development and close to the O2 which is filled with shops, restaurants and entertainment. It is about 1 mile walk to the tube station, and getting into the City usually required 2 trains. The good news: we walked off most of our holiday indulgences!

Quiet neighborhood, beautiful view of the Thames

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was well furnished and clean. The O2 arena and transportation hub is within easy walking distance making exploration of London easy to do. The building and neighborhood are very quiet. Communication with the property owner was great! Prior to arrival, he answered all of our questions and was very helpful with a change request. He provided very clear instructions on how to pick up the key and access the apartment. While we were there, he checked in (via message) to ensure we were having a great stay and made himself available to answer any questions.

Comfortable efficiency apartment

This property was exactly as advertised, and our host was exceptionally responsive. The kitchen was well equipped, the furnishings were clean and comfortable, and the terrace was wonderful for relaxing before and after a day of touring. Instructions posted in the apartment were quite detailed and easy to follow. The check in/check out process was a little different but certainly not difficult. Public transportation (bus, underground, river bus) was easily accessible with a short, pleasant walk to and from the apartment.

Modern and comfortable new place

All around positive experience. Very pleasant place to stay. Host very quick to repond. Quaint residential area, still under development. Slightly outside the city centre. Steps will be gained if you make the walk to the tube.

Great Apartment

We loved the apartment, especially the balcony as were able to sit out in the evening. The pictures were a true image of the apartment. The Host was very responsive to our quires in quick time. Information sheet could contain more information i.e. location of garbage, use of induction cooktop. We would definitely stay again. Location was OK , was was about a 10 min walk to the bus.
