Our rental villa located in Dalyan is about 5 minutes away from the center by car. Our villa dominates the nature view and is located in an area with calm and quality environmental conditions. You can spend pleasant hours in the private swimming pool with its magnificent nature view and in its own garden. There is an exit to the pool terrace from the modern designed, spacious American kitchen & lounge with a view of the nature, with its pool terrace, balcony and rooms overlooking the unique nature view.

Living Room: There is a comfortable sitting group, dining table and chairs, DVD, TV, satellite receiver in the villa lounge. The lounge is on the pool floor and there is an exit from the lounge to the poolside.

Kitchen: In the American style kitchen, there is a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave oven, toaster, electric kettle, hood, pots and pans, dinnerware for 12 people, cutlery, water and tea glasses. The kitchen is on the pool floor.

Pool: There is a children's. Pool dimensions; The depth is 1.5 meters, the length is 8 meters, and the width is 4 meters. Pool and garden maintenance is done once a day in the morning or evening. There is a sun terrace by the pool.

3 of the 6 bedrooms in our villa have 1 double bed and 3 of them have 2 single beds. All bedrooms of our villa have air conditioning. 3 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Our villa, which has air conditioning and TV in the common area, is quite remarkable with its different architecture and interior design due to our host's taste in design. In addition, it has a very wide usage area due to the fact that it was designed with particular attention in its architecture.
Our villa is suitable for families with children or babies and has a very large, lush garden. The wide and high windows in the bedrooms make our guests feel as if they are in the forest.
With a total of 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, a large green garden area, Villa Yakut is especially suitable for large family groups and families with babies / children.

General note: All of our villas, which are located in nature, are regularly cleaned and sprayed for insects and pests. In our houses, which have a location in nature, insect and so on, compared to the villas in the center. more likely to occur. Other things to consider
Damage Deposit: A temporary deposit of 2.000 TL is taken at the beginning of the reservation for possible damages that may occur to the villa and its belongings during the rental period. In the control to be made before leaving the house, there is no damage, deficiency, damage, loss, etc., of the fixtures and belongings of the house that was delivered intact. If not, the deposit will be refunded.
For long stays between October and April, the tenant only pays for the electricity he/she uses.
