A semi-detached chalet with beautiful lake view, located in Lake Como at 1.100 m of altitude, built in traditional Alpine style and bathed in sun.

For those looking for seclusion, relax place or hiking in the area, the place is perfect.

Our home is the starting point for hikers, cyclists, nature lovers,short and long walks climbing the beautiful mountainous area we live in.
If you're looking for something away from the hustle and bustle, you will come to the right place.

The holiday home is set on 2 levels.
On the ground floor a living room with sofa bed, free Wi-Fi, new smart TV with satellite, dining table, open kitchen well equipped with dishwasher, oven, toaster, electric coffee machine, bathroom with shower and toilet.

The wooden staircase takes you to the upper floor where you have a double bedroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 pull-out bed.

Private garden on the ground floor with table, chairs, sun loungers (3), invite you to relax and see the beautiful lake view.

Included: bed linen and towels (1 face + 1 shower/guest).

Sheets and towels provided free of charge.
To be paid on site: €2.00/day/car for the Peglio-Bodone road toll.
