Disgusting dirty and overpriced
Complaint re dirty broken showe, dirty broken toilet, smell of dog urine, foul smelling fridge emailed first morning (24th December) but apparently this was not good enough we should have phoned the owner - so despite us trying to be reasonable and politely emailing as it was Christmas we have been told “tough”. We supplied photographs etc but apparently we have to go to small claims. So we will! Thanks Sykes cottages and the owner! Lovely Christmas accommodation NOT! There was a longer list but main points summarised
