Walters Crescent is a 2-bedroom semi-detached house, conveniently located in the bustling seaside village of Mumbles with an excellent choice of cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. It has a small back garden where you can relax on the picnic table, and has great views across Swansea Bay from the first floor. This well-presented house has a clever blend of modern Victorian and contemporary style in the living room and dining room and even has a feature Victorian oven. It's close to all amenities and only 100m from the seafront. There are many wonderful beaches to visit in the area which include Langland Bay and Swansea Beach. Attractions include Mumbles Pier and Lighthouse, Blackpill Lido outdoor water park and Swansea Bay Rider Land Train.
