Safe & guarded quiet neighbourhood with a 24 Hours Caretaker.

Located in a gated colony with Cctv surveillance, having 24x7 water & electricity supply along with power backup. The apartment is airy, spacious & well lighted. Clean & spotless linen will be provided. Guest Access - Guests will have full access to all the common spaces- a fully equipped kitchen, dining & living room, balcony, and parking spot.

To be honest I do not stay in the property. I stay in the other block about 400 meters but I am available on call 24 x7.
The property has a 24 hours caretaker, We share all mobile numbers after the reservation is confirmed.

A lot of heritage parks at aboutminutes walk-Deer Park ,rose Garden and many more.

Metro Station - 2 mins walk away for easy travel to Central Delhi, Noida, Dwarka & Gurgaon. All means of public transport easily available. Like Taxi, uber, Tick Tick autorickshaw.
Even the Ho Ho Delhi bus stand is 5 minutes.
