Prima Porta villa

Giovanni and Lucilla were very helpful. There is a good outside area and pool. It was ideal for our needs.

Super séjour chez Lucilla

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans la Villa de Lucilla. La maison est confortable pour 8 personnes et est bien équipée pour les loisirs (ping pong, babyfoot, jolie piscine). Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et ont répondu très rapidement à nos sollicitations. La voiture est indispensable pour aller à Rome (40 à 50 minutes selon le traffic en juillet - parking à côté de la Villa Borghèse, plutôt cher, ou à côté du Vatican, moins cher). Attention, ne pas oublier que les draps et serviettes sont à payer à l'arrivée (c'est écrit dans le règlement) et l'électricité est à payer aussi en fin de séjour en fonction de sa consommation. Nous recommandons cette villa spacieuse qui se trouve dans un lieu tranquille et calme.

7 Days in Italy

The owner Lucilla is a very nice and kind woman as well as her cheerful husband who helped us organize communication to Rome. Very nice conditions, a quiet place to relax, which with the hot summer atmosphere we had and the swimming pool gave us a lot of joy and relaxation after a day of visiting selected places in Italy. To Rome quite a good connection if someone does not want to go by car. You only need to get to the center by car and then by train about 0.5 hours. to the first subway station. Generally a nice place and I will probably return there if I have to visit the capital of Italy and its surroundings.

Lovely house out in the country side.

Lovely house out in the countryside. Perfect setup to relax and enjoy family time. Plenty of room and ammenities to enjoy. Quaint neighbourhood and super friendly shop staff. Lucia the homeowner, was very accomodating and even though not fluent in english helped us out even though our Italian was not fluent either. Our Family had a wonderful relaxing stay here. We saw a bit less of Rome we were hoping to see but really enjoyed the quiter countryside and its ways . The house is best served if you have access to a car. There is some public transport available but it is sparce. Any sort of combination to get into Roma Is sporadic and inconsistent, and you are looking at over 2 hrs each way. There is no taxi service available and definetly no uber. If travelling by car it is closer to a 40 drive than the 20 minute one advertised. Communication with the property manager was poor and extremely unprofesional. Also make sure to be aware you will be billed separatedly for heating, electricity and turist Tax. this can make the experinec of hiring this property a bit more cumbersome than you may be used to when using the Stays service platform.
