Overall very good

You have to go to their office to check which is offsite and they do not speak any English, so be orepared for that . Third, the pool was empty despite being advertised as open. All that aside, we loved it. The property looked the same as the photos. Location was perfect. The beds were soo comfy. Would definitely stay again. beds were very comfortable

Unterkunft mit hervorragender Lage

Die Aufteilung der Wohnung, sowie die Lage waren großartig. Allerdings muss einiges an Inventar dringend erneuert werden. Besonders die Terrassenmöbel, Waschmaschine und Esszimmerstühle gehen gar nicht mehr und sind ziemlich abgerockt.Leider wird die Wohnung nicht gepflegt, so das auch auf den Terassen vertocknete Blumen und Unkraut wuchern. Der große Esstisch der im Vorjahr und auf den Bildern noch zu sehen ist, ist gegen einen klitzekleinen Tisch ausgetauscht worden, so das,dass gemeinsame Essen mit 4 Personen dort sehr eng und ungemütlich ist. Die Sauberkeit ließ auch zu wünschen übrig. Dreck und Haare auf dem Boden, sandige Decken.Handtücher gab es nur 1nes pro Person. Für eine Woche eher dürftig. Hatten die Unterkunft letztes Jahr schon mal gebucht mit 4 Personen. Bettwäsche gabs nur für 3. Leider reagiert das Vermittlungsbüro auf keine Emails und Nachfragen um Mißstände aus der Welt zu schaffen. Auch Anfragen im Vorfeld zu einem möglichen, früheren Check inblieben unbeantwortet. Da der Mietpreis für die Wohnung nicht unherblich ist, gehen solche Dinge leider gar nicht. Das können andere Vermieter in dieser Urbanisation deutlich besser. Dies kann ich nach 40 Jahren Salobreñaurlaub mit Sicherheit bestätigen. Schade das die Wohnung und der Umgang mit dem Kunden so vernachlässigt werden, da die Unterkunft echtes Potenzial hat. sind zienlich abgerockt.

Stunning apartment in a great location.

The apartment was a great size and had everything we needed. Two great balconies that got a lot of sunshine. You could see the sea from the apartment and it was just a couple of mins walk to the beach. Two good size bathrooms and the bedroom was huge with comfy beds. Very pleased we booked to stay here and would definitely return.
