Totally renovated semi- detached villa of typical white “lamie” located from the Itria Valley and from Salento between Ostuni and Ceglie Messapica with 6000 square meters of land with secular olive trees and some fruit trees as well (almonds, figs, blackberry, persimmon, pears, oranges and lemons). The location is fantastic for those who want to visit the artistic treasures of Puglia and for those in search of the turquoise sea of ​​Salento with the Ionian Sea or the Natural Reserve of Torre Guaceto at the Adriatic Sea.
Access is by a 50 meter driveway with a beautiful secular olive field that ends to the private square of about 250 square meters giving the opportunity to enjoy the sunny days outdoors ensuring maximum privacy and tranquility.

The main building includes two double bedrooms, both with their own private bathroom (an ancient “lamia” with vaulted ceiling and a newer lamia but larger). In a close second building is the living room / kitchen area. The property includes an outdoor oven, a barbecue and a private parking area. Wifi, air conditioning / heat pump and, mosquito screens are included.
Clean water is supplied from private tank. The house is adjacent to another traditional house belonging to the owner family, but totally divided and separated to ensure the complete independence and privacy (just the driveway is shared). Clients can enjoy the private pool of the restaurant property nearby (3 minutes walking) for free during day time.
Ceglie Messapica, center of the typical cuisine of Puglia, is just 3 km away; Ostuni with its breathtaking sea view 7 km. Between 20 and 40 minutes’ drive you can reach Martina Franca, Locorotondo, Cisternino, Polignano a Mare, Selva di Fasano, Alberobello, Castellana Grotte, Punta Prosciutto beach, Porto Cesareo, Rosa Marina, and Torre Guaceto with its wonderful sea.
