Perfect for a family!
Warm Aegean light streams into this lovely house from all directions, making mornings with Turkish coffee, watching the sun caress the mountains around the city, the stuff of dreams. Go there.
This is the loveliest house for a family stay!
The people: the owner and the property manager are super friendly and helpful, but never intrusive. Any question we had was quickly answered, from details about the house (how to turn on the water heater and the like) to advise on local stores or restaurants. These people understand what a guest wants and needs, and happily make your stay easier and more pleasant.
Airport transfers: this is a part of traveling where you frequently get gouged, and we all know it. But THIS manager has an arrangement with a local family of taxi owners who take PERFECT care of you, and at a lower price than the other options. And they already know the property locations and details that will make you feel comfortable and in good hands. Plus, this local family will be at your fingertips via WhatsApp for other taxi needs throughout your stay. The father, son and mother all drove us at different times, and we feel honored to know them and be so well cared for.
The house itself: 3 generous bedrooms, one with 3 beds for the kids, and each bedroom has its own bath, plus an extra house bathroom for good measure! Each room has its own balcony, plus a main family balcony. The kitchen is humorously dis functional, TBH, but the whole place is so charming and lovely that you won’t mind in the least. There are stores and shops and restaurants all around you in the neighborhood, and the warm, friendly Turkish people and local street cats and dogs (protected by law in Turkey!) will be the delight of your excursions.
As you can tell, my whole family joyously recommends this property to you!
