An idyllic converted barn in the village of Arscott, Pontesbury. The delightful cottage is surrounded by beautiful countryside views and a typical family farm setting.. 2 steps to entrance.

Shower Room: Walk-In Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. LPG central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and stairgate. Welcome pack. Front garden with patio, courtyard and garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. . Set on an idyllic Shropshire farm, having been in the family for generations, and just south of the lovely town of Shrewsbury, this ideal cottage for two couples or a small family offers a cosy hideaway to escape the noise of daily life and retreat to the glorious countryside.
Arscott is a small hamlet in Shropshire. It is near to Plealey, Shorthill and Annscroft and within the civil parish of Pontesbury. Down the road is a 18 hole golf course, there are walking trails galore. Lyth Hill is a 14 mile circular route, that runs directly through Arscott and is a delight for all walking enthusiasts.
With interiors that blend traditional farmhouse character, Corbett Cottage is a real home-from-home, allowing guests to indulge in laid back country life and relax. The cottage benefits from an equipped kitchen, so that meals can be easily enjoyed during your stay. Next door is the living room, offering a Smart TV with Netflix and Disney, plus a DVD player and with dining to accommodate four comfortably. With plenty of lounging furniture making this the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and TV and the other with a double bed and TV, both bedrooms feature character beams of the barn and have plenty of storage space along with stunning views. The wet room offers a walk-in shower and toilet. Plus, there is a reading area to enjoy some quiet time on the landing. There are two patio areas to indulge in either a morning cup of coffee or a meal alfresco style.
With easy access to the delights of Shropshire, as well as being a short drive away from Shrewsbury, there is so much to do in the local area. Outside of the farm, the local Village of Pontesbury just a couple of miles away is full of lovely amenities, including a butcher, greengrocer, and a café. While those looking to experience the picturesque surrounding areas can get exploring with just a short drive. Corbett Cottage is the ideal escape for those wanting to discover this part of Shropshire.
