Wir wurden betrogen, haben den Betrag zweimal bezahlt! Der Anbieter reagiert nicht mehr auf unsere Nachrichten! Wir haben das doppelte bezahlt und die Anbieter reagieren nicht auf Emails, Nachrufen und Anrufe!!! Betrug!

Finger weg! Betrug!

Hallo, zwar ist die Wohnung im großen und ganzen schön, aber: Nach der vollständigen Zahlung bei der Buchung wurden bei uns noch ca. 40% der Kosten zusätzlich abgebucht als neu berechnete Gebühren. Weder das Portal noch der Vermieter fühlen sich verantwortlich. Die Wohnung ist sehr sporadisch ausgestattet (sehr wenig bis nicht ausreichend Besteck und Geschirr, keine Geschirrtücher, keine Möglichkeit Kaffee zu kochen, nicht ausreichend Kochutensilien, wie z.B. Sieb für Nudeln abgießen etc.). Vorgeschlagene Kommunikation des Vermieters übers WhatsApp (Unternehmenskonto) funktioniert nicht, die Anfragen gehen durch, bleiben aber unbeantwortet. Anfrage an den Vermieter per E-Mail in Bezug auf zusätzliche Kosten: Nein, Sie kriegen keine Rückerstattung + Nein, die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet + Wenn wir Ihnen nicht schreiben, hätten Sie anrufen können. Schade, dass FeWo direkt solche Vermieter unterstützt. Ob die Zahlung gewollt fehlerhaft oder "nur" fehlerhaft war, ob das von FeWo oder vom Anbieter kommt , kann man nur schlecht sagen. Abgebucht durch Anbieter, aber ob FeWo die Rechnung falsch ausgestellt hat oder der Vermieter, lässt sich nicht sagen. Keiner fühlt sich zuständig.
