The house is located in Glinado, Naxos, just 10 minutes from the island town. Its distance from the popular beaches of the island (Agia Anna, Agios Prokopios, Plaka) does not exceed 7 km. At 700 meters there is a bus stop and a mini market.This is a newly built house with 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room and 2 bathrooms.
The house is fully equipped for a family and offers accommodation for up to six people.All rooms have air conditioning, both bathrooms have a shower and washbasin, while the larger one has a washing machine.
The house has two large shaded terraces and a small one. In the large ones there is a table with comfortable chairs, so that the guest can enjoy the sea or mountain view.In addition it has free parking for guests.

Why they chose this property

This house was built in my birthplace Glinado. It is a little outside the city and thus offers the visitor the comforts of the center of Chora of the island and the tranquility of the village thus ensuring unique moments.

What makes this property unique

This house was a life dream come true. From my childhood I passed by this estate and admired the view enjoying the quiet of the area hoping that one day I will build in this my own house. I would like to share this unique experience with the guests. So I invite them to create their ownunique memories on their vacation.
