It could be rented also for short stays, always in accordance with the LAU regulations as "different use of housing", and rentals for tourist purposes are not allowed. The rent must be for work / personal / family reasons, etc., and the person who rents the property must reside outside of Madrid, and it can never be used as a permanent residence (only as temporary residence). The registration in any government office is not allowed. **

This magnificent apartment located on Arenal Street, in the most central part of Madrid, has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an impressive terrace that surrounds the apartment.

Upon entering the property we directly access the living room, an open, functional and modern space, decorated with quality furniture. It has a Smart TV. Open to the living room we find the kitchen, spacious and with an breakfast bar with stools. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils and appliances for day to day.
This room is very bright since from the living room there is direct access to the covered terrace, surrounded by windows that can be fully opened. Here we find a dining table with capacity for 6 people. In addition, this part of the terrace has air conditioning, so you can enjoy the views and the outside even on the hottest days.

From the covered area we can access the rest of the large terrace, which is L-shaped and which can also be accessed from the two bedrooms. In the last part of the terrace we find an area with sun loungers, a shower and outdoor furniture with sofas and a table. The terrace of the apartment overlooks the street Arenal, and from it we can see the Royal Theater and some emblematic buildings of the city.

Going back inside the apartment, leaving the living room and kitchen behind, we come to a hallway where are the two bedrooms. The first of them has a double bed of 1.35 m x 2 m, built-in wardrobe and access to the terrace. The second bedroom has a double bed of 1.5 m x 2 m, built-in wardrobe, Smart TV, access to the terrace and an en-suite bathroom with shower. At the end of the corridor we find the second bathroom also with a shower.

The property has a radiant floor heating system, as well as air conditioning in all rooms.

** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**.


During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
