About this property

Villa Giardino is a fully renovated villa in 2022, with all new furniture and equipment.

It is situated in a very peaceful area surrounded by a green private garden with a fence. It has a private road access and private parking. It is on the first hill of Camaiore, near a village with all services (0,5 km) and only a 10 minutes' drive to the sea and sandy beaches.

It is part of a 60 000 m2 olive tree garden and a bottle of our own olive oil will be waiting for you upon arrival. The area is perfect for biking and running as there are many pathways through the olive gardens and mountains. We can recommend you some great spots.

The villa is cleaned with ecological products, as sustainability is at the core of everything we do. We also ensure absolute cleanliness for each guest - of property and of laundry.

Location: The villa is in a very central position. The area is worldwide famous for its art, history, delicious food and wines and the beautiful beaches of Versilia. You are between sea resorts (Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi), the Apuan Alps and many historical cities like Lucca, Pisa (the famous tower), Pietrasanta (meeting place of famous sculptors) or Carrara with its white marble quarries. In a day trip you can easily reach other famous destinations like Florence, Siena, San Gemignano or Portovenere and the 5 Terre in Liguria. For the romantics there are the small medieval villages in the mountains to discover!

Séjour agréable mais…

La maison est sympathique et on y accède par un chemin très escarpé. Malheureusement, le passage et la propriété n’étaient pas entretenu avec des herbes très haute au dessus du genou pour le passage et un bon 30/40cm pour le jardin d’agrément peu exploitable dans ces conditions. Quelques petites déconvenues qui apportent une ombre au tableau comme de devoir dormir sur une alaise sans drap dessus et deux draps simple de 90cm pour un lit double. Cuisinière en panne, un seul feu et barbecue rouillé dont on n’a pas osé se servir. L’odeur de la fosse sceptique ajoute un terme à la possibilité de profiter des extérieurs. Pour le reste, la maison est sympa propre. Les environs sont intéressants à découvrir.

Idyllisches Häuschen in ruhiger grüner Lage

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm, die Gastgeber sehr aufmerksam. Das Häuschen liegt ruhig gelegen mit viel Natur zwischen vielen Olivenbäumen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zeit genossen und werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir hatten zu dritt einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dem wunderschön gelegenen und neu renoviertem Haus. Die Lage ist perfekt, für sich allein im Grünen aber in 1-2minuten mit dem Auto auf der Hauptstraße. Alles was erforderlich ist, war vorhanden und Sandra und ihr Ehemann sind sehr liebe Gastgeber. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen!
