About this property

Come and spend a well-earned break in this bright, spacious, terraced house on three floors within a well maintained complex with gardens and swimming pool, private parking, full air-conditioned and fiber optic internet.

Large living room with terrace and patio. The first floor has a fully air-conditioned master bedroom with balcony and en-suite bathroom. There are two other bedrooms (one with a balcony) and a full bathroom with walk-in shower, all recently decorated. Two roof terraces lead off the sunny attic room on the third floor. All the bedrooms, living room and attic room have air conditioning.

This is a great place to relax, swim in the large, well-maintained communal swimming pool (with adjoining children's paddling pool). You are about 7 or 8 minutes by car to San Juan Playa, 15-20 from the centre of Alicante, 20 minutes up the motorway to Benidorm and 25 to the beautiful town of Altea. You are also only 20 minutes by car to the airport.

There are many supermarkets and amenities close at hand. The closest supermarket is 700 metres away.
