Every detail has been considered for our guests to have a pleasant and comfortable holiday in our stylishly designed villa, which has been tastefully designed, and offers a unique holiday opportunity with its garden and private pool.

Living Room: In the carefully designed living room with open kitchen, there is a stylish and comfortable sitting group, dining table and chairs, television, satellite receiver, wi-fi for internet access, air conditioning. There is a direct exit from the living room to the poolside.

Kitchen: In the modern American kitchen, there are refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, built-in 4-burner stove, electric kettle, dinnerware, cutlery set, pans, pots, glasses, kitchen tools and utensils.

Bedrooms: There is a baby bed and high chair in our villa.

Pool: The villa has a private swimming pool, the dimensions of the pool are 9m x 5m and the depth is 1.40 m.

Garden: There is a sun terrace, sun loungers and umbrellas, dining table and chairs, barbecue at the poolside.
Other things to consider
Damage Deposit: A temporary deposit of 1,500 TL is taken at the beginning of the reservation for possible damages that may occur to the villa and its belongings during the rental period. In the control to be made before leaving the house, there is no damage, deficiency, damage, loss, etc., of the fixtures and belongings of the house that was delivered intact. If not, the deposit will be refunded.
For long stays between October and April, the tenant only pays for the electricity he/she uses.
