Kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kitchenware, dishwasher, fridge-freezer..., living room with two 3- and 2-seater sofas, 42'' flat-screen TV with channels and smart TV, free Wi-Fi , dining area with table and chairs this room has two large windows to enjoy the views and the clarity of the day and a door that leads to the pool, all this is on the same floor, going up 3 steps from the living room we find a bathroom with shower, hair dryer, towels... on the right side of the bathroom there is a bedroom with two single beds, on the left side there is a bedroom with a double bed, going up 6 steps from the living room we have a bedroom with double bed and terrace with wonderful views

One of the bedrooms is independent from the house at street level with a double bed and a bathroom with shower, hair dryer....

Towels, sheets, blankets are included, all bedrooms have paid air conditioning.

Outside we find a large terrace with a private pool, solarium with loungers, charcoal barbecue, table and chairs, a large parasol...

The house has private parking.

Access to the house is via a dirt track, characterised by curves and slopes, typical of the mountainous area where the house is located.
