Welcome to Pear Tree Cottage, perfectly located on the edge of Bath city centre and on central bus routes leading both into Bath and on to Bristol. Leave the car and explore the surrounding area! Enter into the bright kitchen with breakfast area which is fully equipped. The living/dining room has a fabulous wood burner, comfortable sofas and chairs, Smart TV, and dining table. On the first floor, you have the master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite shower room and the second bedroom also has a king size bed the family bathroom is also on this floor and has a bath with shower over. On the third floor you have a twin bedroom (please note the ceiling height is lower here). Outside you have a lawned garden with patio seating area where you can enjoy your morning coffee while planning the day ahead.

Directly opposite you have a small supermarket, many restaurants are within easy reach and Bath city centre can be reached on foot in just 30 minutes or a 5-minute drive. Bath is rich with culture and history, the Roman baths and spa is a must visit while staying in Bath, as well as the fabulous shopping and café culture. Bristol City Centre is easily reached by bus or train for a different slice of city life. Many local attractions are within easy reach by car, you will be spoilt for choice!

Christmas Market

A lovely place to stay with friends when we visited Bath Christmas Market and Bath Skyline Parkrun. Also not too far from Longleat. Ideal place for2 couples as a family bathroom for one bedroom and the other had en-suite shower room. Everything you needed in the kitchen and lots of wood for the wood burner

Beautiful find in Bath

Lovely property. Extremely well equipped. We have family in Bath and hosted Sunday lunch with no problem at all. I would highly recommend this property. The wee Tesco across the road was fantastic! We had an issue with checking in, but this was NOT the fault of the property owner. The issue was with VRBO, who didn't send the check in details until 2.55 with checking in time of 3pm. We had contacted cottages.com and they were extremely helpful. VRBO need to ensure this doesn't happen. We were driving from Scotland and could have done within the stress.

Great house and location. Very cosy and clean. Equipped with everything you could possibly need. Really comfy beds. Bus stop few minutes walk away. Thank you.
