In the traditional settlement of Pangalochori, in the prefecture of Rethymno, is VILLA GUINEVERE, a newly built ground floor house of 130 m which extends in an area of 1000 m with a pool of 32 square meters, which can comfortably accommodate up to eight people and promises idyllic holidays, with all comforts and complete privacy to its guests. The space
VILLA GUINEVERE has three bedrooms, fully functional and stylish designed to relax and rejuvenate you. Earthy color combinations and comfort are the elements that stand out, creating the visitor a familiar feeling that he is at home. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed measuring 1.60 by 2 m with its own balcony overlooking the pool, closet and air conditioning. In the same style you will find another bedroom with a double bed 1.60 by 2m, with direct access to the garden, closets, and air conditioning.
The third bedroom is equipped with two single beds 1.40 by 2 m with closets and air conditioning and a window overlooking the green area.
The living area of the house includes the airy living room with comfortable sofas, to relax, sleep or if you prefer, watch your favorite program on the 40-inch smart TV, a dining room to enjoy your food and the fully equipped kitchen, with hob, oven, large fridge, dishwasher and all the necessary small appliances and tools to prepare and serve your meals. The front balcony has an outdoor dining area to enjoy your coffee, food or drink, overlooking Cretan nature and the pool. The house also has a terrace, equipped with sun loungers and a coffee table, to relax overlooking the sea and the green landscape of the area.

Exterior.
In the outdoor area of Villa Guinevere the 32 m² swimming pool with comfortable sun beds and umbrellas, to enjoy the unique sun of Crete. There is also a fully functional barbecue and a large dining area to accommodate you and your family or friends.
The house has ample parking and wifi in all indoor and outdoor areas.

Region
Pangalochori is just 12 km from the impressive city of Rethymnon and just 2km from the famous beaches of the area. Very close you will find many shops where you can get everything you need during your vacation and many taverns, restaurants and cafes to taste authentic Cretan cuisine and feel the Cretan hospitality. The nearest airport in Chania is Ioannis Daskalakis Airport at a distance of 76 km. The whole surrounding area is suitable for hiking and exploration, with the aromas and colors of Cretan nature.

The Εnvironmental fee 15€ per night from March to October and €4 per night from November to February is mandated by the Greek government and applies to all visitors from January 1, 2024 who staying in accommodations in Greece. It contributes to environmental conservation efforts on the island, including waste management and sustainability initiatives.
