Pool is shared with other properties, nevertheless it is big enough, so never crowded around. My name is Ulker and I am a property owner. I love this villa a lot, every time I am on its balcony my heart stops beating at the moment as every time I see this view is like first time. I wish to spend more time there, but I am usually away so I thought it would unfair and selfish not to let someone else enjoy this breathtaking view and nature around during the season, so I have decided to rent it out. For me it's my home so I would love to rent it to the people who would also treat it as their home.

The villa is on upraised land so the view is very unique and spectacular. The property has just been rennovated this year with the fresh paint on the walls.
