Lovely condo in secure location

Our host was very helpful and fast in responding. The condo is nicely decorated. Some of the best features are: 24 hour security, less than 5 min walk to the Metro, small bodega (little market) right under the building. Uber and taxi service is readily available. The common areas are very clean and the building very quiet.

Awesome Time, Awesome Apartment

The place is very nice. The check in process was great, the owner was very communicative and laid out the process beautifully. She was very responsive. The apartment was very nice, the accommodations were excellent. Very secure and had a spot for a car. Its close to the metro as well. All in all I would use this over and over again. Thanks Mariana for the attentiveness.

Two Weeks in PC

The host was very gracious and was able to refund 3 or 4 days worth because we had to leave early due to a family emergency back home. Thanks! Otherwise there were a few issues with the apartment. The pool was and has been out of commission for some time and it should have been removed from the listing. The apartment needs some basic maintenance to bring it up a notch. We did enjoy our visit to Panama City.

Heads-up !!

Property management need to provide written instruction on how to operate TV and gas appliances. We were searching for local TV stations hoping to hear local news… called management and was told “sorry, TV can’t access local stations”. The gas stove has a unmarked control lever on the wall that must be positioned in a specific location in order to have gas flow to the stove. Management was of no help when we reported that the stove was not lighting. It was one of the building maintenance staff that came to our rescue, and after several tries was able to get the stove working.

I would like to thank Marianna for hosting me. The home was clean and well kept. We rented a car, so finding the property using Maps/Waze was easy. There is a designated parking space under the building. The building is very secure and you cannot get in without security letting you in. The pool and park facility was very nice for my child to play in. Marianna is a very responsive and helpful host. She responded to messages even in the wee hours of the morning. The check in process was easy; but the language barrier made it a little longer; about 10 minutes. Basically, you send your information to the host before arriving. When you arrive, show the guard your passports/ID and he will check. Once confirmed he will let you in and you have to go down two floors (if driving) to the parking spot. Once parked, you enter the elevators with a FOB and go up to the apartment. The FOB is in the apartment so the first time you enter, you will need security to let you enter the lobby area where you then go up to the room and enter the room using the electronic key and acquire the FOB.

Estancia en Apartamento en ciudad Panamá

La estancia en este apartamento fue realmente cómoda, ya que es un lugar que cuenta con todas las comodidades de un hogar y se siente como si estuvieras en casa, es muy bonito y súper limpio. Además esta ubicado en una muy buena zona y a pesar de que es muy central se puede dormir placenteramente ya que es un lugar muy tranquilo con poco ruido. Muchas gracias, esperamos volver algún día.

Great apartment and location

This apartment is spacious, beautifully furnished, and well stocked and maintained. Great location near the metro. I enjoyed my stay and would rent again . Next time though I would take advantage of public transportation. Definitely advise against driving a rental car in this city!
