Sleep in a king bed and a trundle in the master suite and 2 bunk beds in the other bedroom and a new leather queen sofa sleeper. There is also an air mattress with a memory foam topper in the master closet. We also have an included a pack and play and high chair for your little ones!!
Ski the morning away and when you are ready for a lunch break just ski back down directly to your door from any of the slopes and enjoy a nice hot lunch from our well-equipped COOKS kitchen.
• The well-stocked kitchen includes china, glassware, silverware, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, grill, crockpot, Instapot, blender, and an air fryer.
Enjoy tea, Starbucks coffee, olive oil, spices, and condiments.
Laundry essentials are also included.
New drop leaf counter height table and four orange (think Broncos) stools to enjoy your meals and four-bar height stools to sit at the bar.
There are 2 boot and glove dryers that are in the unit - The DryGuy DX Forced Air Boot Dryer can dry two pairs of boots, shoes, or gloves in 1 to 2 hours.
Enjoy the private patio and watch skiers on the catwalk. The patio door LOCKS behind you. Please make sure to take a key with you. If you are locked out of the condo after 10PM there is a $400 charge.
Hot Tub Towels: I have provided towels for the hot tub. PLEASE DON’T TAKE MY WHITE BATH TOWELS TO THE HOT TUB AREA.
KEYS: please go to the lobby of the Riverside Lodge FIRST. In the winter, you will not be able to access the underground parking without a key and credit card.
RIVERSIDE LODGE - Walk past the Front Desk through the doorway and you’ll see a wall on your left with little boxes. Find box 1203 which is in the first group of mailboxes and on the top row. The code will be given to you before your stay. AT THE END OF YOUR STAY, PLEASE PUT THE KEY BACK IN THE BOX AND LOCK IT and text me a picture of the key in the box.
THEN ONCE YOU HAVE A KEY enter the underground parking structure, continue to Slopeside elevator, park near elevators, Proceed to 2nd floor – make a LEFT off the elevator, the condo is 1203, five doors down on your right.
SKI LOCKERS ARE LOCATED ON THE 2nd FLOOR AND INSTRUCTIONS ARE ON THE BACK OF THE Room KEY.
Parking: .$18/day in winter. Entry/Exit for Paying Rental Guests: paying rental guests of ZML must have in their possession a valid condo
access card prior to entering the parking garage. Once at the entry gate, place the room key to the black box and the garage door will open, then push the button to obtain a ticket to lift the paid parking
gates. Payment is made by credit card when exiting the garage.
$18 maximum per 24-hour session
There are six lanyards with keys hanging in the unit. Please leave them in the unit upon your departure.

For all of the windows in the unit. It is imperative that when open the double hung windows. Unlock the two latches and BEFORE YOU LIFT THE WINDOW, there are two ‘catches’ on top of the lower window that must be PULLED IN TO RAISE AND LOWER THE WINDOW.
When you leave the unit, please turn off all the lights, fireplace and TVs.
CHECK-IN TIME is AFTER 4 PM AND CHECKOUT is 10 AM
Check out: please clean the air fryer, Instapot, and load/start the dishwasher and take the trash to the basement/parking level trash compactor. THANK YOU!! Please return the door keys to Riverside Lobby/ boxes and text me a picture that the keys were returned.
