About this property

Holiday home with direct access to the beach in Marbella

We welcome you to our holiday flat in the urbanization Las Arenas, in front of the beach of Los Monteros, where you can listen to the waves of the sea!

If in addition to the beach you are passionate about golf, very close to the property you will find the golf courses Rio Real Golf and Santa Clara Golf. If you fancy a good meal you can go to Trocadero Arena, Bono Beach or La Cabane Beach Club and if you fancy something more cosmopolitan in 10 minutes drive you are in the centre of Marbella and in 15 minutes in Puerto Banus.

The house is distributed over two floors and consists of living room, dining room, kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a guest toilet and two terraces.

The living room consists of a chaise longue sofa, coffee table, smart TV and fireplace, a perfect place to relax after a long day. The dining room has been decorated with a wooden table for 6 people and the kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, fridge, induction hob, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle and toaster as well as all crockery, cutlery, glassware, cookware and table linen.

Three of the bedrooms are equipped with double beds and two of them are en suite, with bath/shower and double washbasin. The fourth bedroom has a single bed. All four bedrooms have smart TV and air conditioning.

The flat has several terraces, two of them are in the bedrooms and with sea views, the third terrace has direct access from the living room, it has stunning sea and mountain views and has been decorated with a chill out area with sofas and coffee table, there is also a dining area with outdoor table and chairs for 6 people.


The whole property has central air conditioning, WIFI, parking space, bed linen, bath towels and for a small extra you can have beach towels.

The urbanisation has two communal swimming pools and tropical gardens.
