Brentwood Bunkhouse

Our cozy 20 foot trailer will appeal to outdoorsy folks that are in search of a unique stay in a fantastic location.

The Bunkhouse is very conveniently located just 5 minutes walk to the heart of Brentwood Village and 5 minutes to the saanich inlet waterfront.

The bunkhouse has 2 comfy double beds and being free from shared walls in other accommodations, you are sure to get a restful sleep in our peaceful neighbourhood. The kitchenette offers a propane fired stove, oven, sink, fridge and freezer. Basic cooking supplies include: pot, pans, cutting board, tableware, dishes, coffee and coffee press, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, oil.

Guests have access to two bathrooms during their stay (bunkhouse and main bathroom). The main bathroom has hot water, a larger shower, stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, body wash and a hairdryer. Guests are encouraged to use the main bathroom any time during daylight hours (approx 6 am to 8:30 pm). A reminder that the Bunkhouse does not have hot water.

An outdoor space is designated, just for you, so you may enjoy some fresh air and a cup of coffee or cold beverage. The Bunkhouse is in the shade for most hours of the day but it does get some direct sun for a few hours in late afternoon.
A gas firepit is available to use during your stay and a variety of games are available for your enjoyment on those rainy west coast days.

WIFI: The bunkhouse has wifi.

COOKING: The stove and oven are powered by propane. We prefer guests to be comfortable using this sort of set up.

LOCATION: Our trailer is located in a residential neighbourhood. While it is a unique and lovely treed lot, you will be next to our house. We are a fun-loving, outdoorsy couple who live on site with our dog. While we respect your privacy and personal space, you will likely see us and and our neighbours on occassion.

ACCESSIBILITY: please note that the trailer and parking is on a gravel/dirt area and ground is somewhat uneven. There are 3 steps to get into the trailer.

AIR CONDITIONING: While we have a many tall trees in the neighbourhood for shade as well as oscillating fans, the Bunkhouse is not equipped with air conditioning.

Please note the Bunkhouse has aftermarket flooring. Bathroom is tiled while the main living space is plywood.
