LIVING/KITCHEN/DINING ROOM
You’re welcomed into the sociable open-plan accommodation with kitchen/dining room to your right and living room up a step to your left. The majority of this detached holiday cottage has solid oak flooring with carpet in the bedrooms and tiles in the bathroom.
The stylish kitchen is well equipped with integrated Bosch oven, ceramic hob, extractor, under counter fridge with ice compartment, slimline dishwasher and a microwave. There’s also a Krupps coffee machine (bring your own Nespresso original compatible capsules), kettle and toaster. A sturdy marble topped dining table with five dining chairs sits by the shuttered windows and majestic oriental cabinet.
There’s ample space to sit back and relax in the living room with a couple of comfy sofas and an armchair positioned so you can make the most of the massive wood burner, your choice of entertainment on the TV, or just watch the sunset over the common. Games and books on the shelves encourage you to while away the time in the comfort of your holiday home.
MAIN BEDROOM WITH EN-SUITE SHOWER ROOM
The king size bed takes pride of place between a tall boy and bedside drawers with a short rail where you can hang clothes.
The en-suite has a walk-in shower with both rain and hand held shower heads and there’s a wash basin with drawers beneath, a WC and heated towel rail with towels provided.
SECOND BEDROOM
Another sunny room with zip and link beds which can be made into a super-king or twin (be sure to request in advance), a bedside cabinet, funky digital radio and storage in a chest of drawers.
BATHROOM
A chic modern bathroom with L shaped bath and hand held shower attached above, wash basin with drawer beneath and cupboard above, WC and heated towel rail (towels provided).

OUTSIDE
There is free parking in a number of locations close to the chapel (see map). A fully enclosed narrow fenced patio runs along the length of the building and is a lovely place to enjoy your morning coffee or watch the sun set. if you step out the front door you are straight onto the common. within 10 minutes you can connect with the Sandlings Way.
Please note that only one small/medium sized well-behaved dog is allowed and not permitted into the bedrooms or on any furniture.
