About this property

Casa Rouxinol is a beautiful holiday villa in classic style, located on a calm development on the outskirts of the idyllic fishing village of Carvoeiro, only a few minutes’ drive from the centre, the nearest beaches and golf courses.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms with air-conditioning, 2 bathrooms, spacious living areas, a large beautifully landscaped and mature garden with several seating options, covered terrace and a private pool (heatable at extra cost). A staircase leads to a spacious roof terrace with sea view.

Depending on the season, electricity charges may apply (charged in resort according to consumption).

Please note that the owners of the villa are committed to feeding a few stray cats on the property, but the animals are not allowed inside.

During the winter season (November till March), the energy costs will be charged in resort according to consumption.

very nice accommodation

very nice and clean house with beautiful garden, pool and great possibility to relax. The main Caraveiro beach is about 20-25 min walking distance from the accommodation. On the way to the beach there are two shops where you can get food and even some bakery. A lot of restaurants around. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Beautiful home

We stayed 6 weeks with 3 kids (11 month, 4 yrs, 6 yrs) and were very positively surprised. The area is calm and remote (20mins walk to town center) thus perfect to relax; beachtrips by car in 7mins (as we needed to take lits of stuff anyways). The house is perfectly equipped and maintained. 80s design style but very well taken care of. Agency and staff are super friendly and helpful, we felt very much at home. Worthwile heating the pool April & May though it costs approx 20 Eur/day energy extra Overall fantastic experience!

Lovely home at an amazing location

We felt immediately at home entering the villa. The house is very well organized, how the rooms are situated and the pool and terrace is amazing. Next to that the location is suberb. Super close to the Headlands trail which we could easily access for amazing sunsets, a visit to an isolated beach and an amazing hiking trail. The decoration of the home is a bit outdated, but in our opinion that gives it also it's charm. It really feels personal. Overall a nice place that we would love to visit again in the future.
