Fabulous villa, location and view.

We had a fantastic stay at this villa, easy check in, spotlessly clean, lots of space and great pool with pool house, the view was amazing overlooking the sea and rocks, good location for restaurants, shops and the beach, option to walk to Los Gigantes although quite hilly, there is a bus stop right outside which comes around every 10-15 mins and drops to the centre for a couple of euros. More restaurants and shops etc there.

Best Villa in the area by far

Villa is awesome and perfectly situated with great views and a short walk to everything - no car needed. Pics are accurate. AC worked great. Pool is clean, warm and really good size. Excellent restaurants close by. We personally did not like the black beaches close by but swimming and snorkeling off the rocks is amazing. Lots of hikes close by into the mountains with great views. This property has only started being rented out so there were some teething problems and a few niggles that we have notified the property manager of and I am sure will be addressed - nothing hindered our stay or enjoyment at all. If you want to hire a car or book any excursions - take a short stroll to Sun Holidays - they are amazing, honest, well priced, and very helpful. We did Siam Park and Mount Teide. Just be aware there are plenty of hills in the area so you will get some good exercise but my 5 year old handled them just fine so nothing to be concerned about.
