About this property

Unwind and relax in our completely new and modern furnished luxury holiday villa with guesthouse. Equipped with all comforts and luxury on the beautiful holiday island of Aruba.

The house has 2 bedrooms for 4 people, both with a large double bed, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. The site has its own apartment / guesthouse. This apartment / guesthouse is not rented separately. Our guests have the entire villa including the apartment / guesthouse at their disposal. In addition to a spacious bedroom and sitting room (with a double bed), the guesthouse also has a separate bathroom with toilet. All duvets have fresh duvet covers, towels and beach towels are also provided. If you want to wash clothes or towels during your holiday, there is a washing machine and large dryer

All bedrooms have well-functioning air conditioners and blackout curtains. A good night's sleep is guaranteed!

The entire Villa is equipped with a newly installed fiber optic connection

You will stay in the very popular Malmok district in the north of Aruba in a chic villa that is closed all around (parking with several cars on site is possible). The villa offers a lot of space, with a large dining table for 8 people, a bar table for 4 people in the kitchen and a beautiful living room with an unobstructed view of the pool. The newly constructed and attractively lit swimming pool (with a drinks bench and a max. depth of 1.40 m) completes the picture. There are sunbeds and chairs around the pool.

On the side of the house is a large, completely screened outdoor area, equipped with a gas BBQ, picnic table and plenty of space for your own activities. This outdoor area is attractively lit in the evening.

The beaches Arashi Beach and Boca Catalina are only a few minutes' drive from the villa. Very rich sandy beaches with beautiful crystal clear water. The villa has beach chairs and a large cooler with cooling elements. It is also just a few minutes' drive to Palm Beach with its many catering establishments. A beautiful golf course is within walking distance of the villa.

Absolutely photoshopped or old pictures.

We are so incredibly angry atvthe inaccuracies or photos. This property was terrible, broken toilet seat, 3 usable chairs for the beach we were told 6, filthy lounge chairs around pool, 1towel per person, a dime size piece of soap, no extra linens, blood stains on pillows and sheets. This was a lie and a disgrace. We were there for 10 days, qe should get some sort of refund. We come every year and we have never een such a lie in any other properties. We should demand our money refunded.

Fantastic Vacation

We had such a fun stay in Aruba. The house was wonderful and clean. Close proximity to the beach, safe, loved the pool, and my teens enjoyed the guest house. Can’t wait to stay again next year.

Nice house

House is nice. Pool was dirty and about 6 inches below water level where filter would not work pool chairs very dirty upon arrival. Tried to call property management no answer could not leave a message to report issues with pool. overall enjoyed our stay.
