On the ground floor of the house, guests have at their disposal a fully equipped kitchen with a living room, direct access to the terrace, and the garden where there is a private swimming pool (24 m2) with deck chairs, and an outdoor shower, and a barbecue area. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a wardrobe. The house is air-conditioned with two air conditioners (living room + kitchen and hallway on the upper floor).
