About this property

This is the environmentally cleanest area in the city. The best recreational sites of the city are nearby - Gino paradise, Tbilisi Sea Club, Yacht Club, Hippodrome, Tbilisi Sea and the biggest forest in the city.
Our house has 5 floors, where the top floor is an open terrace with an amazing view of the forest and the Tbilisi sea. For your enjoyment we have pools, sauna, tennis tables, fireplace, barbeque, big yard and lots of fresh air.
The space
The house has 11 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, two large living rooms, two large kitchens and a fireplace, where you can spend cold evenings. The kitchens are equipped with all necessary items, which may need during your stay.
There is another individual kitchen in the backyard and a small wooden house with a Sauna, a kitchen and a living room with a fireplace.
We offer you the calmest, secure and ecologically clean area in the city. The house is located on the edge of the forest, near the Tbilisi Sea area, Gino Paradise, Tbilisi Zoo.
The best place to have an ecologically clean vacation with a calm and safe environment. You can spend time enjoying your own pool, playing table tennis, relaxing in your own sauna, barbequing and partying by the fireplace.
The place is suitable for corporate parties without noise limitation, big area for barbequing and dancing.
