1 hour driving from Athens , you will find this simple property with outstanding ,panoramic, sea and sunset view.
The private complex of apartments is next to the beach and offers a pool of all its residents (sun heated)

This is a private complex of apartments with access only to the tenants that have remote control for the entrance gate.
Baby bed / cot, high chair is not provided.
The pool is shared ,sun heated only and operates specific hours within the day.

House expands on 3 levels with a staircase (no elevator).

There is one Air condition in the master bedroom which is on the second (TOP) level.

Both floors have front balcony with sea view and rear balcony with garden view

The apartment has basic features and has just been repainted (August 2022)

It is strongly advisable to have a car to enjoy the area and get your groceries.
As you can see the complex is located on a hill .
Walking distance to the nearest beach is about 10 minutes
There is also a private beach with water activities (see the photo)
