Located a few minutes walking distance from the beach and just a short stroll from the centre of this beautiful village with its restaurants and bars. This 2 bedroom annex is a great choice for a smaller family or friends looking for a break on the North Devon Gold Coast.

Its proximity to the beach is great for surf enthusiasts, take advantage of an early morning wave, head home to dry off and grab some breakfast in the private garden. A perfect little sun trap.

If you are the adventurous type, you are a short walk from Baggy Point where you can have a go at coasteering, or join the south west coastal path and explore the glorious North Devon coastline.

Chill out in the evening, with a stroll into the village to soak up the evening atmosphere. Or head back to the beach and watch the sun gently fall below the horizon.

Excellent property for beach and dog walking

My wife and I stayed here with our labrador Murphy. It was great to have a property so close to the sea and we did a lot of coastal walking, around Baggy Point one afternoon, across the hills to Woolacombe one day and across the other hill to Saunton on another day. Good walking instructions from the hosts via the property website. Property was clean, tastefully renovated, small secure garden, recommended- especially for 2 plus a dog! Good hosts who quickly fixed our missing corkscrew problem!
