Should you wish to extend your stay, please do contact us ASAP, this is subject to availability. Contacting us 5 mins before your departure will incur a charge as this is very late. All extensions are subject to availability.

We offer late check-out till 12 pm max which is a paid extra, the usual check-out is 10 am. In order for us to comply with COVID-19 cleaning guidelines and cleaning measures, please check out on time so that we can prepare the apartment for the next guest.

It is very important that keys/fobs are returned to the same location from which you collected them. Failure to do so will result in a call out charge of £100 as they are essential for the running of the apartment & this can delay the next following guest and also affect their stay.

The property is fully furnished and well appointed. The kitchen is stocked with a fridge, microwave, cookware, dishes, coffee, etc...

-We supply a light breakfast of oatmeal and high quality coffee.

-The place is professionally cleaned before every stay, and comes with clean linens and towels, soaps, and everything else you'll need for a comfortable stay.
