Situated in the heart of the city, this apartment is just a short walk from top attractions like Edinburgh Castle and the National Museum of Scotland.

The accommodation comprises; an entrance hall and a spacious lounge fitted with a comfortable couch and a small library. It also includes a fully equipped modern kitchen with essential cookware and cutleries, that you’ll need to whip up a delicious meal including a microwave and an oven.

The ornate wrought iron spiral staircase leads to the light and airy mezzanine bedroom, fitted with a double bed and complimentary hotel-quality linens for you to have a good night's sleep.

The contemporary bathroom contains all the essentials you’ll need to freshen up such as a bath and a hairdryer; Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The home is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety.

Edinburgh's Rothesay Terrace is a haven of Victorian elegance, situated just minutes from the city's most famous attractions. With Edinburgh Castle, the National Museum of Scotland, the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh, the Scottish National Gallery, and St Giles' Cathedral all close by, there's plenty to see and do on your doorstep. The eclectic mix of cafes, restaurants and bars on Rothesay Terrace means you're spoilt for choice when it comes to grabbing a bite or a drink, and with Haymarket train station just a 10-minute walk away, getting around is easy. So why not come and discover Edinburgh's hidden gem?

Due to its central location, the area is well-serviced by transport links, offering connections across the city and further afield, and is also conveniently placed for access to the city's two main tram stops such as the Haymarket and West End.

Edinburgh Airport is just a 20-minute drive from the flat.

This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (15:00hr).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 GBP smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
