Welcome to our home!

The home is on the 6th (top) floor of a lovely apartment, however, the lift, which is operated by the building management is currently fully out of commission, and there is only stair access to the property. Please do not book this home if you have mobility challenges - no refund will be provided due to the lift.

Cosy and modestly furnished, our studio is fully equipped with all you need and more for a comfortable stay. In our home, your health comes first. We follow an enhanced cleaning protocol, with professional cleaning, and strategic disinfection.

- A seating area with a sofa, a coffee table.
- A double bed lined with hotel-quality linens to ensure your comfort.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with all appliances you'll need to prepare a simple meal, plus a new washer/dryer.
- A bathroom with shower.
- Free WiFi (Tested speeds around 5Mbps)

We also provide fresh towels and free eco-friendly toiletries for your convenience.

Have a lovely stay.

On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Located in the middle of everything, you'll find pubs and restaurants around every corner.

The best mode of transport from here is to walk!

5 mins to Liverpool One, the Chinatown of Liverpool, and one of the oldest in Europe.
5 mins to the Liverpool Central Station
10 mins to Lime Street

But if you like, there are also busses nearby.

Please note the flat is on the 6th (top) floor. The lift is currently not functioning and there is only stair access.

Please note, in order to check-in you may be required to present government issued ID to enter the property.

You will be required to pick up and return keys from Liverpool Lime Street station (roughly 9 minute walk to the property). Check in time starts from 3PM until 9PM only. If you are arriving after 9PM, you can check in until 11:30PM - please advise so we can offer an alternative key pick up.

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :)

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
