Not what expected - not as pictured

The photos are not accurate - the balcony when you look the direction not shown is on a major road - the apt is incredibly loud and we could not sleep at all. The apt was not messy but was not clean - and the bathroom had mold. There were multiple deadbolts on the door which raised concern. The biggest disappointment was that from the photos we were lead to believe that you could enjoy coffee or wine on balcony - due to amount of noise and chaos this was not possible. We left early and are still trying to get ahold of the owner -

Small apartment

Although I was expecting the apartment to be compact, the small kitchen was the only place to sit we were attracted to the apartment because it had a washing machine, on the day we arrived we discovered it was broken, l called Alessandro who returned immediately and said he would have the machine repaired.2 days later he got back to me to ask if we would be in to receive the repair man, as we were out and only there 5 nights in all we didn’t have a working machine during our stay.the building has no lift and the apartment is on the 3rd floor so not ideal unless you are fit.
