Located in the seaside town of Ilfracombe near the local beaches and harbour is Brent House, a mid-terraced town house with 4 bedrooms; 2 king, a twin and a bunk. There’s a family bathroom with roll top bath and shower cubicle and on ground floor an additional shower room with WC. There are 2 reception rooms with smart TVs. The kitchen/diner has a Bosch electric oven & hob and dishwasher. Outside you’ll find a rear courtyard and unrestricted parking is available on the road.

Centrally located in the Victorian seaside town of Ilfracombe within a mile or so of the popular local beaches and lovely harbour is Brent House, a mid-terraced town house with four bedrooms on the first floor; two king sized, a twin and a bunk. There’s a family bathroom with roll top bath and shower cubicle and on ground floor the property benefits from an additional shower room with WC. There are two reception rooms (both with smart TVs), and one has a lovely open fireplace. The kitchen/Diner has a Bosch electric oven & hob and a dishwasher. For your convenience there is a washing machine and tumble dryer which is housed in a cupboard on the first floor. Outside you’ll find a rear courtyard and unrestricted parking is available on the road.

Ilfracombe Harbour & port which date back to at least the 12th Century offers quality ice cream, fish & chip and various craft shops and art galleries to enjoy plus Damien Hirst’s Verity statue which is a must see. The surrounding area has many attractions waiting to be discovered such as Cairn Woodland Nature Reserve, Hillsborough & Rapperee Cove, The Torrs, Watermouth Bay & the Southwest Coast Path. Then there’s the lovely Fuchsia Valley and for the family, Watermouth Castle & Theme Park. Why not take a trip to Lundy Island or enjoy coastal cruises, fishing, sea-life safaris, and diving which are all available locally. Take a trip on the Ilfracombe Princess and see seals, porpoises and sea birds nesting on the cliffs.

Great property, lovely little touch with wine and biscuits on arrival. Clean and spacious , perfect for what we needed.

The two single beds were more or less unsleepable - solid as a rock as if the mattress is old and broken. No hand soap anywhere, the shower downstairs is a hazard as the curtain does not keep the water in and so the water collates on the floor. The courtyard had a sewage smell. Various stains all over the carpets. Not even a tea bag to make a cup of tea! It was all very basic and for the price we could have stayed down in Clovelly village for the same price and at least been able to make a cup of tea or coffee. On arrival the bins were overflowing and obstructed the gate to get in. I also received no check in details and had to contact the owner who did promptly reply.
