About this property

Fully renovated apartment located on the 4th floor of a period building from the 1910s, with private lift and air-conditioning, and only 2-minute walk from the Colosseum.

The apartment consists of:
- 2 connecting spaces: ONE BEDROOM with a king size bed and air-conditioning; ONE LIVING ROOM with a double sofa bed, flat screen TV with Netflix and air-conditioning
- A KITCHEN with induction stove, fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and Moka and a dining table for 4 people
- A BATHROOM with a shower, bidet and hairdryer

The apartment was FULLY RENOVATED in 2016 and it is furnished with period furniture of the 1st and 2nd half of the 20th century, including an original 1909 bedroom.

2-minute walk from the COLOSSEUM and the IMPERIAL FORUMS, it is ideal for couples, families with kids, or a small group of friends, looking for a very central location to explore the city centre of Rome on foot.

PARKING. In the Celio district parking on payment (indicated by blue lines) or free (white lines) is available on the street. Covered parking on payment is available in a garage downstairs.

TOURIST TAX. Known as "Tassa di Soggiorno" in Italian, the Rome Tourist Tax is a charge paid cash upon check-in or check-out for any form of accommodation within city limits. It has just been increased by law in July 2023, so it will be € 3,5 per night per person (above 10 years old) until September 30, 2023 and € 6 per night per person (above 10 years old) since October 1, 2023, to be paid to the Municipality of Rome for the first 10 nights only.

Awesome property and location and PERFECT host!

VERY, very clean property. Impeccable, actually. On the last floor, but the escalator takes you right to the door. The host waited for us, and so kind leaving for us a welcome gift. And she even helped us finding a taxi from and to the airport!!! Netflix, cable, air-conditioning worked perfectly, very comfortable and huge bed. Everything was even better than expected! The location IS perfect! Walking distance to restaurants, subway, an Express Carrefour, AND, of course, the Colosseo! Thank you so much! We enjoyed our trip to Rome even more, because of our stay at your beautiful apartment!

Great Location.

Great location, property is in an old building with some nice features. Close to Colosseum and Metro and walking distance to many other sites. Lots of local cafes and restaurants. Hosts very hands on and good communicators. Keen to assist.

The location was spectacular

The location was spectacular. Close to the metro, close to the colosseum, it was great. Our hosts also gave us a map of suggested places to dine, atms, supermarket, etc that was absolutely amazing!
