There is an integrated oven/grill/extractor, ceramic hob, tall fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, and 4-slice toaster. The lounge/diner is bright and spacious with real oak flooring. There is an extendable oak dining table and 4 hi-back chairs, comfy fabric sofas, glass top coffee table, plus a 32” Smart TV. The room leads through to the balcony with a rattan bistro set to chill out and enjoy the stunning West-facing sea views. The ground floor contains the two-bedrooms and a family bathroom. Both bedrooms have new oak flooring, quality wood wardrobes, a chest of drawers, and bedside tables. Crisp white bedding and towels finish off the contemporary look. There is also a travel cot and highchair available. The double bedroom to the front of the property has a double bed and the rear bedroom has 2 adult size single beds. A gate leads down to the beach. As you have agreed to the terms and conditions with AIR BNB and they will collect the money, you do not need to sign our booking form, but we do need your details (to comply with our holiday letting insurance). Therefore we ask the lead guest to provide their email address, home address and the names of all the guests who will be staying in the property. There have been some issue recently with AIR BNB and they are reminding guests to be careful about who to provide or share information with. As a responsible company, we have business insurance especially for holiday lettings to protect us and the guests. If I don’t have all customer details including names and the party leader's address my insurance is invalid! Below I am sharing with you all our details, so you can see who we are.
