AMAZING LOCATION!

We were 2 families staying in this house. It is HUGE! The view of the ocean is amazing. The furniture in the house is NOT the same as pictured. There is a set of full sized bunk beds + a full size bed in a room, a queen size bed in a room, a king size in a room, and another king size in the last bedroom. The family room has a very large reclining sectional and 2 sitting chairs. Biggest issue for us was NOT enough dining chairs. The dining table could seat up to 10 but only enough chairs for 5 people (Should be easy to fix). The grill was brand new and never used. The damage from the hurricane did not hinder our stay at all. It was a very quick walk to the public entrance. The kitchen was equipped enough for our 5 night stay. We will be booking this property AGAIN!

Refuge

Sadly we arrived and left Daytona Beach Shores in wind and rain. But this made this house so much more appreciated. We could see the roaring ocean from inside. There was space for our party to be inside and feel comfortable. Everything was clean and efficient. We found the location very convenient. Would be pleased to return.

Beachfront Comfort

The location in Daytona Beach was perfect. It did have damage to the beach front part, but beach access was walkable. We had a great time and were comfortable throughout our stay!

Perfect Family Getaway

The property was right on the ocean. You walk out the back sliding doors and see the ocean, feel the breeze and enjoy views of sunrise and sunset. The only detraction is the orange tape that blocks off the private access to the beach but the public access is just a few steps away. When you first arrive the place looks very casual but on the inside it's lovely. We had an amazing family beach week and could make meals in the kitchen but were steps away from all the wonderful eating places in Daytona. The staff stayed in communication with us to meet all of our needs. It was an awesome vacation!!

Mediterranean Villa

Our stay was good with the exception that we did not have beach access due to the construction. It was one of the main reasons we booked this place. The public access was not a far walk so we we’re thankful for that.
