Tired & Dirty Accomdation

Unfortunately from the start, where we had to wait 30 minutes for someone to ‘just give us the keys’ (no introduction etc), then to enter into a very tired and dirty accommodation….it was a very upsetting intro. We took over 20 photos of items that were dirty, broken and even dangerous and sent to Home2Book. The shower room was disgusting and told by Home2Book that it was ‘the hard water’. However, after we bought cleaning equipment and did it ourselves, it was a different shower. We had to clean the house and wait for a ‘man’ to come and fix all the issues. This was a few days after arrival. We had a few more issues with no power in the upstairs for a day and night, no towels for our paying guests….but this was sorted All this reported to Home2Book and VRBO No privacy in the back garden, which we were lead to believe there was Pool was nice but toilets were filthy Location was excellent Was we were staying for 8 weeks, we made it as homely as we could

Bonito dúplex con amplias zonas exteriores donde tomar el sol y relajarse

Pasamos unos días fantásticos en este maravilloso dúplex con todas las comodidades, situado en un complejo residencial con piscina, palmeras, a 10 minutos de Playa del Inglés... una gozada. Es perfecto para pasar unas vacaciones o ir a teletrabajar al paraíso! Volvería mañana mismo.
