Positioned in the stunning Ceiriog Valley, this wonderful property is the perfect getaway for families and friends in search of natural and tranquil surroundings. Come here to unwind and enjoy a relaxing country holiday. The charming living room with multi-fuel burner, comfortable sofas and Smart TV, provides a cosy and restful area. The bathroom is also on the ground floor and offers a bath with shower attachment. The open kitchen/dining room is where you can cook up a hearty Welsh breakfast, enjoy an evening feast or eat al fresco as you have access to the stunning outdoors from this room. The enclosed garden gets sunshine all day long and is where you can enjoy a soak in the hot hub, create a feast on the built-in BBQ or stroll down to the river at the bottom of the garden where to catch a trout or two. You may see kingfishers, otters, herons and badgers to name a few of the local residents. A fabulous summer house is positioned perfectly for enjoying the outdoors with spectacular views through the huge picture window across the garden from the comfortable sofa. For those who need to work whilst away, there is a desk with hard wired Wi-Fi and a BOSE speaker. Upstairs is a delightful shower room which serves the bedrooms in a bright and airy fashion. The master bedroom boasts a super kingsize water bed, ethanol fire feature and views, making it very romantic. The second bedroom is a twin. The garden boasts a riverside setting with an abundance of pretty plants and shrubs.
Nestled near the foothills of the Berwyn Mountains, this is a haven for those who enjoy rambling, cycling or strolling to the pub to experience Welsh hospitality and local pint. We are only 3.5 miles from the picturesque town of Llangollen famous for the annual July 5 day Eisteddfod festival where you will also find shops, cafés and walking aplenty, along with watersports and a charming steam train. Llangollen with its historic railway station is a local attraction, canal walks and café culture lifestyle, you will find plenty to see and do.
