St Martins is a beautiful, grade II listed home in the heart of the old village of Bosham.
Come and relax in this charming historic home just a stone's throw from Bosham Quayside, quaint village pubs, cafes, coffee shops and restaurants. Due to the size of Bosham itself it never feels crowded as it is not easy to park here, but never fear as this home has easy parking in the driveway for two cars. This is a unique and special home in an historic Sussex harbour village.
The space
After parking the cars you walk along the lavender pathway through the cottage garden to the front door. Inside is a king bedroom on the right, overlooking the garden. As you continue down the corridor you enter the winter sitting room which has glass doors that open onto the glazed dining room attached to the traditional kitchen. This is a charming room for meals with friends and family which overlooks a small courtyard garden. Beyond the kitchen diner, there is a ground floor bathroom and then you come to the summer sitting room with views across another, larger courtyard garden. From this garden you can see the spire of Bosham Church, where it is said that King Canute's daughter is buried!
Upstairs there is another king bedroom to the front of the house and to the rear there is a twin bedded room which can be made into a super king upon request. The family bathroom is also on the first floor and has a shower over bath.

Guest access
There are two allocated car parking spaces in the driveway (the driveway is shared with Mary's home next door). There is a local bus service in Bosham with buses to Chichester.

This home is managed professionally on behalf of Mary. There is 24 hour guest support available and hotel quality bed linen, towels and toiletries.
