The house has only 4 steps and is practically on the ground floor. A kitchen equipped with an oven, a fridge, a caffitaly coffee machine (compatible with chicco d\'oro capsules), a toaster and a kettle.

Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds, flow into a large, very practical central corridor which also serves as a dressing room/wardrobe. The bathroom is spacious and minimalist with a shower and a bidet at your disposal. A living room with a large corner sofa and a relaxing armchair with TV is the convivial place in the house.
