This listing is for a single suite in a house with shared common areas in a historical neighborhood right at the entrance to Treasure Island. You will be very close to 34 miles of white sand beaches and 15 minutes to downtown St Pete's but you will come home to the quiet. You will share our full kitchen, dinning area, living room, front porch and lanai.

We very much enjoy hanging out with our guests if they like and having coffee on the front porch in the mornings. We are both at home full time and know the area well and fun things to do. We are still in love after 41 years together!
Why they chose this property
The outside and in of the home is old school Florida in the Key West tradition. It was made in 1950 but has all the modern amenities with vintage style. There are three giant live oak tress providing shade for the property, native palms, grasses and flowering plants all through the property. We have an amazing sea shell collection from all over the world.
There is an outdoor hot shower for when you come from the beach. We are 1.5 blocks from Boca Ciega bay where beautiful sunsets can be experienced. The neighborhood has cobble stone streets and granite curbs. Very quite and slow paced.
