Once under the gallery we will find ourselves in front of Italian Quore. Looking at the restaurant, as if we were going to enter it, turn right and go straight under the gallery. Number 15 will be on the left, in front of a shoe shop (also under the gallery). If the concierge is closed, insert the key into the slot under the intercom. Take the first elevator on the left, 5th floor. Leaving the lift, turn right, continue to the end of the corridor, the apartment is on the right.

Manque d'eau chaude et instructions

Durant notre court séjour, nous avons du attendre que le plombier viennent régler la bouilloire d'eau chaude. On nous a demandé auparavant à plusieurs reprises donner des instructions pour repartir l'eau chaude mais ça n'a pas fonctionné. Nous n'aimions pas l'idée de laisser une personne étrangère comme le plombier venir pendant que nous n'étions pas à l'appartement car les 2 Safety box n'étaient pas fonctionnels et, nous avions tous des ordinateurs. Le plombier a réussi à faire partir la bouilloire (c'était vers 11h30 du matin. Le soir seulement une de nous trois a pu prendre sa douche à l'eau chaude et la finir à l'eau froide. Quand nous avons rappelé. il devait chercher un 2e plombier plus compétent et ils devaient nous aviser quand celui-ci pourrait être à l'appartement. Nous n'avons pas eu de nouvelles de la journée et le soir en rentrant vers 21h qu'elle ne fut pas notre surprise de trouver quelqu'un dans l'appartement, soit le 2e plombier qui était là sans que nous en soyons avisé. Lui même a dit que c'était Merda, merda, merda à quelqu'un qui devait nous traduire car il ne parlait qu'Italien. On a été 2 à prendre une douche d'eau chaude et après on avait que l'eau froide. Donc le lendemain matin l'eau était toujours froide. Je ne vous raconte même les autres choses car se serait trop long. Mais la base c'était au moins d'avoir l'eau chaude. Ce ne devait être un problème qui existait depuis peu car je pense que la chaudière ou bouilloire d'eau qui doit fournir l'eau chaude devait être en défaut depuis longtemps. Nous avons eu un remboursement de 290 Euros mais pour notre part ce n'était pas suffisant. Je plains les gens qui étaient là après nous pour un long séjour. Danielle, Monique & Laurie.

amazing location, spacious, quiet apartment

Overall a very lovely apartment. The location is just steps from the Duomo. We thought it would be noisy because of this, but it was very quiet after 10 pm. The beds were comfortable. The check-in process was a bit difficult, you had to meet a person. The person didn't speak English, so he couldn't really explain to us anything about how the wifi worked, or anything. We had to email about wifi instructions. then couldn't find any cutlery on the unit, apparently it was in a hidden draw. There was no coffee maker. Overall, I don't expect everything to speak English but perhaps clear instructions via email or left in the unit with wifi password, where to look for things that are not obvious, like cutlery, etc would have been a nice touch. We showed up at 3:05 (3pm was check-in) and the cleaning day was still there. Overall will stay here again in a heart beat. Wonderful comfortable accommodations.
