Summary:
Our 4 bedroomed detached house is in the desirable, residential area of Monkston, Milton Keynes. It is excellently located near a whole host of shops, eateries, facilities, and amenities. Crescent House has three bedrooms on the first floor and a room downstairs that has a day bed. There is a total of four beds, and it sleeps up to six people. It has great access to major routes and once there you can quickly relax in comfort in the living room, kitchen diner or spacious garden.

Ground Floor

Living Room

Our cosy living room boasts a sofa alongside two single armchairs for relaxing in. You can log in to your own Netflix/Amazon Prime account on the Smart TV so you can continue to binge watch your favourite programmes if you desire.

Bedroom 4

There is a day bed (full size single) in what would have been the dining room. This can be used as an additional sitting area or solely as a bedroom. It is at the rear of the property and has patio doors leading to the garden. It has a mirror, a dressing table, stool and a stand for hanging clothes.

Kitchen/Diner

Our kitchen-diner is the heart of the house and allows all guests to enjoy the social space together. The extendable table comfortably seats six people. The fully equipped kitchen incudes everything to make your stay as easy as possible. There is a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, electric hob, full-length fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron, glasses, cutlery, pans, and utensils.

W/C

In the hallway of the house there is a W/C with a wash basin. This handy facility means you don’t have to go upstairs to use the bathroom and makes life easier when there is a full house.

First Floor

Master Bedroom

The master bedroom offers a luxurious king-sized bed with an ensuite shower room. It has a mirror, a window to the front, a dressing table and a built-in wardrobe. There is also a hairdryer available.

Ensuite

Has a toilet, sink and a spacious shower cubicle with a waterfall shower head and a handheld shower head. There is hand soap and body wash provided.

Bedroom 2

Has a king-sized bed and window to the rear of the property. It has a decent sized wardrobe to hang and store your clothes and a full-length mirror.

Bedroom 3

Has a full-size single bed, a built-in wardrobe, a mirror and a dressing table with stool. The room has a window to the front of the property.

Family Bathroom

The modern bathroom has a bath, a toilet, a sink and a handheld shower head over the bath. We provide hand soap and body wash as well as towels for each guest.

Outside

Gardens

There is small font garden and large, very useable back garden and is a great place to enjoy the sunshine. The area can be accessed through the kitchen-diner and has a back gate which leads out to the front parking space. There is an ash tray situated outside where used cigarettes must be placed and it should be noted that there is no smoking inside the house.

Parking

There is one off-street parking space at the front of the house. On-street parking is also available right outside the house for any additional vehicles.

Location and Local Amenities

The house is located not far from the A421 which means it has great links to the wider area. In a less than ten-minute walk you can be shopping or eating in the Kingston Centre which has a Mc Donalds, Nandos, Dominos, Tesco Extra and much more, which means you can pick up the essentials very easily. The house is also a very short drive (less than 10 minutes) from the City Centre where you have everything you need and more. There are loads of activities to do, very close by for the active ones, including parks, children’s play parks, and indoor skiing.

Located less than 3 miles from Milton Keynes city centre, the house has fantastic links to the amenities in the city and beyond. Milton Keynes Central station is only 4 miles away and goes from London, through to the North of England. The house is also less than 3 miles from the M1.

Crescent House is only a short walk (less than 1 mile) away from both The Open University and Kents Hill Park Training & Conference Centre.
