With 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, super fast wifi, a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony overlooking a peaceful pedestrian street - it is the perfect spot for those who want to enjoy the vibrant neighbourhood of 'El Puerto'.

The Neighborhood:
The area is filled with restaurants, bars and cultural activity. We recommend Restaurante La Marinera for seafood with great views, or Casa Carmelo for those who prefer grilled meat. The Science Museum (Museo Elder) is a short walk away, as is the brand new Aquarium of Las Palmas (Poema del Mar). We love going for morning runs along the 3.5km stretch of beach, all the way to the Alfredo Kraus Auditorium, however, if you would just prefer to relax and read a good book on the beach, all you have to do is take the elevator to ground floor and walk for less than 2 minutes!
